Free Standing Gas Fryers-Five Tube Fryer

Castle Model AFS18/F is a five tube, 70 Lb. capacity, 150,000 BTU free standing gas fryer. The fry tank is all stainless steel and includes 5 heat tubes with high heat baffle system, cool zone and 1 1/4 full port ball type drain valve. The front and door is all stainless steel. The door includes a fully integrated door liner. Two fry basket have red plastic coated handles. A millivolt thermostat allows temperature range from 200 F to 400 F. Hi Limit control shuts fryer down if shortening exceeds maximum temperature.
